Hand refractometer

The hand refractometer measures the anti-freeze safety of water-propylene glycol and

water-ethylene glycol mixtures in solar thermal installations.It can also be used to

determine the density of water-battery acid mixtures.Only one or two drops of the fluid

are sufficient.

propylene glycol: 0 - 50 °C

ethylene glycol: 0 - 50 °C

battery acid: 1.10 - 1.40 g/cm3
