LAVAGGIO DOPO POSA
Dopo l’installazione delle piastrelle e la relativa stuccatura delle fughe è necessario
effettuare un accurato lavaggio dopo posa. Secondo la norma UNI 11493 tale
lavaggio dovrebbe essere effettuato dal posatore che è tenuto a consegnare il
pavimento perfettamente pulito ed esente dalla presenza di residui di cantiere.
Il prodotto da utilizzare per il suddetto lavaggio è ovviamente funzione dei
prodotti che sono stati utilizzati per la sigillatura delle fughe. Se è stato impiegato
un prodotto di natura inorganica (malta cementizia) si consiglia di utilizzare un
detergente a base acida (ad esempio Deterdek Pro di Fila). Il prodotto dovrà
essere utilizzato nelle diluizioni suggerite dal fabbricante ed avendo l’accortezza di
proteggere le fughe bagnandole preventivamente. Se è stato utilizzato un prodotto
di natura organica (ad esempio resine epossidiche) si consiglia di rimuovere i residui
utilizzando un detergente alcalino come il PS/87 Pro oppure il CR10 entrambi di
Fila. Anche in questo caso dovranno essere utilizzate le indicazioni presenti sulle
confezioni.
MANUTENZIONE
Per la pulizia di tutti i giorni
Per la manutenzione ordinaria si consiglia di utilizzare detergenti neutri (come ad
esempio Fila Cleaner) che non contengano cere che potrebbero accumularsi sulla
superficie delle piastrelle creando, col passare del tempo, aloni. Suggeriamo di
sciacquare sempre i pavimenti dopo l’utilizzo di detergenti per evitare l’accumulo
di residui nel tempo. I suddetti residui sono spesso la causa della formazione di
macchie .
Per sporchi più intensi e per togliere le macchie
Per la pulizia di macchie di varia natura fare riferimento alla tabella con
l’indicazione dei prodotti della gamma Fila da utilizzare.
FIRST CLEANING AFTER INSTALLATION
After tiles have been installed and grouted, it is strongly suggested to proceed
with a detailed wash of the surface. Under UNI 11493 this first wash should be
done by the installer, that is responsible to deliver to the client a perfectly clean
surface (Floor and/or wall) clean from any residue left by the installation itself or
any other dirt from the job site. The product to use for such wash is based on what
kind of product has been used to fill the Grout lines. In case of an “inorganic” grout
(Cement based) we recommend the usage of acid base cleaner ( for example
DETERDEK Pro from FILA). The product must be used diluted as per manufactured
instructions, always remembering to protect the grout lines by wetting them before
using the appropriate cleaning product . If for the grout an “organic” product has
been used (Epoxy grout) we recommend the removal of all residues left on the
surface with an alkaline detergent, such as PS/87 Pro or CR10 always from FILA.
Always following instructions given by the manufacturer printed on the packaging.
MAINTENANCE
For everyday cleaning.
For daily maintenance we suggest the usage of neutral cleaners, such as FILA
Cleaner, these products do not contain any kind of “wax” that could accumulate
on the surface of the tile creating, as times goes by, halos. We suggest to always
rinse the tiles after utilising any detergent, this is to avoid accumulation that, over
time, could create stains difficult to remove.
For more intense dirt and to remove stains
For cleaning of stains of different nature please refer to the table with the indication
of the appropriate FILA product to be used.
