The light-colored tiles of the Caesar Ceramiche range, used
in outdoor areas, help reduce the heat island effect (the
thermal gradient difference between urban and suburban
areas) to minimize the impact on the microclimate. All thanks

Utilizzare prodotti provenienti da almeno tre diversi produttori, che rispettano almeno
uno dei criteri riportati, per almeno il 20% in costo, del valore totale dei prodotti da
costruzione installati in modo permanente nel progetto. (1 punto)
Utilizzare prodotti provenienti da almeno cinque diversi produttori, che rispettano
almeno uno dei criteri riportati, per almeno il 40% in costo, del valore totale dei prodotti
da costruzione installati in modo permanente nel progetto. (2 punti)
Contenuto di materiale riciclato. Prodotti che rispettano il requisito del contenuto di
materiale riciclato sono valutati al 100% del loro costo per il calcolo del raggiungimento
del credito.
- Il contenuto di materiale riciclato è dato dalla somma del contenuto di riciclato “post-
consumer” + 1⁄2 del contenuto di riciclato pre-consumer, basato sul peso.
- Il contenuto di riciclato va poi moltiplicato per il costo, per determinare il contenuto
complessivo di riciclato.
Use products sourced from at least three different manufacturers that meet at least one of the
responsible sourcing and extraction criteria below for at least 20%, by cost, of the total value of
permanently installed building products in the project. (1 point).
Use products sourced from at least five different manufacturers that meet at least one of the
responsible sourcing and extraction criteria below for at least 40%, by cost, of the total value of
permanently installed building products in the project (2 points).
Recycled content. Products meeting recycled content criteria are valued at 100% of their cost
for the purposes of credit achievement calculation.
- Recycled content is the sum of postconsumer recycled content plus one-half the
preconsumer recycled content, based on weight.
- The recycled fraction of the assembly is then multiplied by the cost of assembly to determine
the recycled content value.

permanente che utilizzano uno dei seguenti programmi per l’inventario chimico del
prodotto, per sostanze con concentrazione maggiore o uguale a 0,1% (1000 ppm).
Declare: l’etichetta Declare dovrà rispondere ai seguenti requisiti:
- Rispondere al requisito “Red List Free” oppure “Declared”.
- Essere conforme ad LBC (Living Building Challenge) e dimostrare un inventario
fino
allo 0,1% (1000 ppm).

the following programs to demonstrate the chemical inventory of the product to at least 0.1%
