Per la pulizia e per mantenere inalterato nel tempo il materiale con una

finitura lucida, si raccomanda l’utilizzo di prodotti a pH neutro e che non contengono

abrasivi che potrebbero graffiare la superficie. E’ bene evitare anche i detergenti che

contengono acidi deboli (es. acido citrico, acetico, ecc.) e prima di procedere alla pulizia

di tutta la piastrellatura si consiglia sempre di effettuare un test su una piccola porzione di

pavimento/rivestimento non troppo visibile, osservando il risultato a diverse angolazioni e

condizioni di luce. I detergenti idonei sono normalmente reperibili in commercio con la

descrizione “detergente per superfici delicate”, di solito utilizzati per i marmi e le pietre

naturali levigate.

In generale, si sottolinea l’importanza di una corretta pulizia ordinaria, adeguata alla

qualità della superficie e alla tipologia di sporco in esame, che consentirà di ridurre

drasticamente eventuali interventi di pulizia straordinaria per ripristinare le condizioni

iniziali della piastrellatura. Ricordiamo infine che come coadiuvante, o addirittura come

alternativa ai prodotti chimici, è possibile utilizzare macchine lavapavimenti a vapore, o

scope a vapore, che risultano particolarmente efficaci su superfici con macro strutture,

micro strutture, o su superfici delicate (es. Levigati).

Pour le nettoyage et l’entretien des produits polis, on conseille exclusivement

l’utilisation des produits avec PH neutre et non-abrasifs (les produits abrasifs peuvent

altérer la finition de surface des carreaux). Il est déconseillé l’utilisation de détergents

qui contiennent des acides (es. Acide chlorhydrique, acide acétique, etc.). Il est conseillé

d’effectuer un test sur une petite portion du carreau avant de procéder au nettoyage

de toute la surface du sol/mur. Les détergents appropriés se trouvent facilement dans le

commerce, ils sont normalement utilisés pour les marbres et les pierres naturelles polies.

En général, il est important d’effectuer une correcte entretien ordinaire selon la finition

de surface et le type de tache concernée afin de réduire les interventions extraordinaires

visant à rétablir les conditions initiales du carrelage. Enfin, il est également possible

d’utiliser, parfois au lieu des produits chimiques, des machines à vapeur ou des balais

vapeur, qui sont efficaces surtout sur les surfaces avec reliefs plus ou moins importants

sur les produits polis aussi.

For the cleaning and maintenance of polished stoneware, we recommend

you to use pH neutral products without abrasives, that might damage the tiles. Weak acids

should also be avoided (i.e. citric or acetic acid), and before proceeding to cleaning the all

surface, we recommend you to test the product on a small, almost invisible area in order

to see the result from different positions and light effects. Suitable detergents are usually

easy to find under the description “detergent for delicate surfaces” and they are normally

used for marble floors or polished natural stones.

In General, ordinary cleaning and maintenance are essential to maintain the qualities of

polished surfaces, so that it will be possible to strongly reduce extraordinary cleaning

and maintenance to restore the previous conditions of the tile. It is also possible to use,

sometimes even as an alternative to detergents, steam cleaners or steam brooms, that

are very efficient for surfaces with macro structures, micro structures and very delicate

surfaces (polished surfaces).

Für die Säuberung und die unveränderte Instandhaltung des Materials

mit glänzender Oberfläche, wird die Nutzung von pH neutralen Produkten empfohlen.

Außerdem muss darauf geachtet werden, dass diese keine Stoffe enthalten, die die

Oberfläche zerkratzen könnten. Auch auf Reinigungsmittel, die schwache Säuren

enthalten (z.B. Zitronen- oder Essigsäure etc.), sollte verzichtet werden. Es wird dazu

geraten, vor der Säuberung, an einer kleinen, kaum sichtbaren Stelle das Produkt zu

testen, um daraufhin das Resultat aus verschiedenen Ecken - und unter verschiedenen

Lichtkonditionen zu betrachten. Geeignete Reinigungsmittel sind unter der Beschreibung

“Reinigungsmittel für empfindliche Oberflächen” zu bekommen. Normalerweise werden

sie für Marmor Fußboden und polierte Natursteine eingesetzt.

Im Allgemeinen, wird hervorgehoben wie wichtig die Anwendung einer richtigen und

korrekten Säuberung ist- angemessen an die Qualität der Oberfläche und je nachdem

um welche Art von Schmutz es sich handelt. Dies vermindert die außerplanmäßige

Reinigung, um die Anfangs Konditionen der Fliesen wiederherzustellen. Schließlich sei

daran erinnert, dass man als Hilfsstoff, oder sogar als Alternative zu den chemischen

Produkten, auch Bodenreinigungsmaschinen mit Dampf, oder Dampfbesen benutzen

kann. Diese sind sehr effizient für Oberflächen mit Marco Strukturen, Micro Strukturen

oder empfindliche Oberflächen (Bsp. Geschliffene Oberflächen).
