UNI EN ISO 14001:2015
Certificazione per il sistema di gestione ambientale. Tutte le attività
vengono costantemente monitorate per ridurre al minimo l’impatto
sull’ambiente circostante.
UNI EN ISO 9001:2015
La ISO 9001 è una norma riconosciuta a livello internazionale, applicabile
a tutte le organizzazioni (private e pubbliche) che volontariamente
decidano di operare in conformità ad essa e che stabilisce come deve
essere realizzato un sistema di gestione per la qualità. La certificazione
secondo tale norma garantisce quindi l’impegno di Cerdomus a
controllare e gestire tutte le proprie attività al fine di aumentare l’efficacia
dei processi aziendali, controllare ed ottimizzare i costi, migliorare il
livello di soddisfazione dei clienti e ridurre gli sprechi.

means meet the levels of environmental excellence required under the
most stringent European standards.
UNI EN ISO 14001:2015
Environmental Management System certification. Under the
requirements of ISO 14001, our company’s activities are constantly
monitored to ensure that their impact on the surrounding environment
is kept to a minimum.
UNI EN ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard applicable to all (private
and public) the organizations that voluntarily decide to comply with it,
and which defines the terms and mode of a quality management system
implementation. Therefore, a certification according to this standard
guarantees the commitment of Cerdomus to monitor and manage all its
activities in order to increase the effectiveness of business processes,
control and optimize costs, improve the level of customer satisfaction
and reduce waste.

ISO 9001 est une norme reconnue au niveau international, applicable
à toutes les organisations (privées et publiques) qui décident
volontairement d’exercer leurs activités conformément à cette norme,
qui définit la façon de créer un système de gestion pour la qualité. La
certification selon cette norme garantit donc l’engagement de Cerdomus
à contrôler et gérer toutes ses activités afin d’augmenter l’efficacité des
processus d’entreprise, de maîtriser et d’optimiser les coûts, d’améliorer
le niveau de satisfaction des clients et de réduire le gaspillage.

ISO 9001 ist eine international anerkannte Norm, die auf alle Organisationen
(privat wie öffentlich) anwendbar ist, welche freiwillig beschließen, sie
umzusetzen. Die Norm gibt vor, wie ein Qualitätsmanagementsystem
beschaffen sein muss. Die Zertifizierung nach dieser Norm ist also eine
Garantie für die Anstrengungen der Firma Cerdomus, sämtliche eigenen
Aktivitäten zu kontrollieren und zu leiten mit dem Ziel, die Effizienz der
