The Ventilated Façade system is an exterior cladding system for buildings offering a combination between the maximum
level of aesthetic appeal and technical advantages for any new building or renovation.
From the structural point of view, this is a system composed of an external facade made of porcelain stoneware slabs
that are mechanically anchored to the perimeter framework of the building by means of a structure in aluminium alloy.
Due to the particular characteristics of this construction technique, the surface of the cladding remains separate from the
masonry. The resulting cavity is partially occupied by a layer of thermal insulating material, leaving the rest of the space
empty to allow ventilation. Therefore a continuous
flow of aeration is created providing significant benefits such as:
- Energy saving, thermal insulation and sound proofing. Protection against water.
- Healthier environment - in terms of breathability and a decrease of heat loads.
- No deterioration of the appearance or technical structure over time.
- Exceptional results in renovation works.
- Security when fixing coatings due to the mechanical and chemical anchorage.
- Easy to clean, maintain and manipulate.
TYPES OF SYSTEMS
Visible system: The anchorage of the material by mounting clips, causes it to be visible from the outside. This system
does not require any manipulation of the pieces.
Hidden system: The anchorage takes place by using the side grooves that have to be made on the profiles of every
piece of porcelain in order for the clips not to be seen from the outside.
El sistema de Fachada Ventilada es un sistema de revestimiento exterior de edificios, la combinación ideal entre el
máximo nivel estético y las mejores características térmicas para edificio de obra nueva o renovación.
Desde el punto de vista estructural, es un sistema voladizo, compuesto de una cara externa de piezas de gres porcelánico
fijadas mecánicamente al perímetro del edificio por medio de una estructura de perfiles de aluminio. Gracias a esta
técnica la superficie del revestimiento se mantiene separada de la mampostería. La cavidad resultante está parcialmente
ocupada por una capa de material aislante térmico, dejando el resto del espacio vacío para permitir la ventilación. De esta
manera se crea un flujo continuo de aireación, que proporciona beneficios significativos como:
- Ahorro de energía y aislamiento térmico y acústico. Protección contra el agua.
- Medio ambiente más saludable - transpirabilidad y una disminución de las cargas térmicas.
- Sin deterioro del aspecto de la fachada exterior ni de las características técnicas por el paso del tiempo.
- Resultados excepcionales en obras de renovación.
- Seguridad en la fijación de los revestimientos al usar anclajes mecánicos y químicos.
- Facilidad en limpieza, mantenimiento y manipulaci

TIPOS DE SISTEMA
Sistema visto: El anclaje del material mediante grapas de fijación, provoca que éste sea visible desde el exterior.
Este sistema, a diferencia del sistema oculto, no precisa mecanización adicional de las piezas de porcelánico.
Sistema oculto: Mediante la mecanización de las piezas en el lateral (ranurado), el anclaje del material porcelánico no
es visible desde el exterior.

that will be durable in time due to the use of our high-end technical porcelain. Currently, there are adhesives that enable an
optimum bonding on the façade, however, in order to ensure maximum security, it is important to use a safety mechanical
anchorage system that may be visible or hidden. This system offers the following benefits:

adhesivos que nos permiten mejorar el aplacado en fachada pero, para garantizar la seguridad de la misma ante posibles
desprendimientos de las baldosas, se han diseñado sistemas de fijación con anclaje mecánico oculto y visto para su
colocación con estas ventajas:
- Mayor impermeabilidad y resistencia contra la humedad y los agentes atmosféricos.
- Menor peso respecto a otras fachadas con otros materiales.
- Mínimo mantenimiento requerido.
- Mejora de la eficiencia energética.
