MANUTENZIONE
Il gres porcellanato porfirizzato
massivo ed il gres porcellanato in
genere,analogamente ai prodotti
naturali, richiede un’attenta
manutenzione. Suggeriamo per
mantenere al meglio l’aspetto
e le caratteristiche originali del
prodotto di seguire indicazioni di
carattere generale:
a) non lasciare depositare troppo
a lungo macchie di sporco
sul pavimento, cercando di
asportarle prima possibile
b) per ottenere i migliori
risultati di pulizia, si consiglia
di trattare ogni tipo di macchia
con un detergente specifico.
Abbiamo riportato nella tabella
le principali indicazioni per
la pulizia e il tipo di sporco
segnalatici dai nostri laboratori.
Per macchie particolarmente
persistenti si consiglia di lasciare
operare il detergente per
periodi prolungati (4-8-12 ore)
Per il materiale levigato si
consiglia un trattamento
antimacchia
PRIMA PULIZIA
La manutenzione del Gres Fine
Porcellanato è particolarmente
semplice. Occorre anzitutto
che, dopo la posa, il pavimento
sia stato correttamente pulito
e non presenti tracce di calce,
cemento o residui di altro
genere. Per evitare che un
eventuale prodotto a base
acida, usato per la prima
pulizia, vada ad intaccare il
riempimento a base cementizia
delle fughe, è necessario, prima
della operazione di pulizia,
bagnare il pavimento affinchè
le fughe vengano impregnate
e pertanto protette dall’azione
corrosiva dell’acido stesso. Se
la prima pulizia deve essere
fatta dopo che il pavimento è
stato usato, sarà bene, prima
del trattamento, del prodotto
acido, togliere con appositi
detersivi eventuali presenze di
sostanze grasse o simili. Dopo
la pulizia occorre risciacquare
abbondantemente il pavimento,
raccogliendo poi l’acqua residua.

stoneware in general requires
careful maintenance. We
recommend the following
procedures to maintain the
product’s original characteristics
and appearance unchanged over
time:
a) do not allow dirt marks to
remain on the floor too long, but
remove them as soon as possible
b) for the best cleaning results,
treat every type of mark with a
specific detergent. The table
contains the main guidelines for
cleaning various types of dirt,
prepared by our laboratories.
For persistent stains, leave the
detergent to work for longer
periods (4-8-12 hours).
For polished material we
recommend the anti-stain
treatment.
INITIAL CLEANING
The fine porcelain stoneware is
very easy to look after. First of
all, make sure that after laying,
the floor has been properly
cleaned and does not show
traces of lime, cement or other
residues. To prevent any acid-
base product, used for initial
cleaning, attacking the cement-
base filling of the joints, before
starting cleaning operations,
wet the floor until the joints are
soaked and thus protected from
the corrosive action of the acid.
If initial cleaning is done after the
floor has been used, before the
acid-product treatment, it is best
to remove any grease or similar
with a detergent product. After
cleaning, swill the floor well and
dry up excess water.
Comme tout produit naturel, le
grès cérame porphyré et le grès
cérame en général exigent un
soin particulier. Pour conserver
au produit toute sa beauté et
ses caractéristiques premières,
nous vous conseillons de suivre
ces quelques indications d’ordre
général:
a) ne pas laisser les taches se
déposer trop longtemps au sol
et intervenir dès que possible
pour les enlever;
b) pour que l’entretien donne les
meilleurs résultats, traiter chaque
type de tache avec un produit de
lavage spécifique.
Le tableau ci-après donne des
indications générales d’entretien
pour différents types de taches
signalés par nos laboratoires. En
cas de taches particulièrement
résistantes, laisser agir le produit
plus longtemps (4-8-12 heures).
Pour le materiel poli on conseille
le traitment anti-taches.
PREMIER NETTOYAGE
L’entretien du grès cérame est
particulièrement simple. Tout
d’abord, vérifier si le sol a été
correctement nettoyé après la
pose et s’il ne présente plus
de traces de chaux, ciment ou
résidu de toute autre nature.
Pour éviter qu’à sa première
utilisation un produit de lavage
acide n’attaque le remplissage
des joints à base de ciment, il
est recommandé du mouiller
le sol avant de le laver afin que
les joints soient imprégnés et
par conséquent protégés contre
l’action corrosive de cet acide.
Si le premier nettoyage a lieu
sur un carrelage dejà utilisé,
il convient, avant de la traiter
avec le produit acide, d’enlever,
à l’aide de détergents, toute
trace de gras ou de matières
semblables. Après le nettoyage,
rincer abondamment le carrelage
et enlever l’eau résiduelle.

eine sorgfältige Pflege.Damit
das Produkt seine Schönheit und
ursprünglichen Eigenschaften
beibehält, verweisen wir auf
folgende Allgemeinregeln:
a) Flecken nicht lange auf dem
Fußboden lassen und bald
möglichst entfernen.
b) Zur optimalen Reinigung
empfehlt es sich, jeden Fleck mit
dem speziell dafür vorgesehenen
Reinungsmittel zu behandeln.
In der Tabelle sind die von
unserem Labor mitgeteilten
wichtigsten Reinigungshinweise
und die Arten des Schmutzes
angegeben. Bei besonders
hartnäckigen Flecken, das
Reinigungsmittel längere Zeit (4-
8-12 Stunden) einwirken lassen.
Es empflehlt sich das polierte
materia einer anti-flecken
behandlung zu unterziehen.
ERSTE REINIGUNG
Das Feinsteinzeug ist sehr leicht
zu pflegen. Vor allem muß man
sich vergewissern, daß der
Fußboden nach der Verlegung
ordnungsgemäß gereinigt
wurde und keine spuren von
kalk, Zement oder andersartigen
Rückständen aufweist. Um zu
vermeiden, daß bei der ersten
Reinigung ein evtl. säurehaltiges
Produkt den Fugenzement
angreift, muß der Fußboden vor
der Reinigung naß germacht
werden. Auf diese Weise
nehmen die Fugen Wasser auf
und sind gegen den Angriff
der Säure geschützt. Wenn der
Fußboden erstmalig zu reinigen
ist und bereits betreten wurde,
vor der Behandlung mit dem
säurehaltigen Produkt evtl.
vorhandene Spuren von Fett
oder ahnlichem Schmutz mit
Reinigern beseitigen. Nach
der Reinigung der Fußboden
gründlich mit Wasser nachspülen
und trockenwischen.
