The attachment of the slabs is visible and done with steel clips, possibly
painted in a color similar to the facing. The metal structure of the system
consists of vertical mullions and brackets anchored to the wall of the
building by appropriately sized dowels. The coupling system between
bracket and upright ensures compliance with the designed geometric
constraints while also allowing for minor adjustment during installation.

L’aggancio delle lastre è visibile e realizzato con clips di acciaio,
eventualmente verniciate con un colore simile al paramento.
La struttura metallica del sistema è composta da montanti verticali
e staffe, ancorate alla parete portante dell’edificio mediante tasselli
opportunamente dimensionati. Il sistema di aggancio tra staffa
e montante permette di rispettare i vincoli geometrici progettati
garantendo piccoli aggiustamenti in fase di posa.

The attachment is concealed on the back of the slab by means of special
steel inserts that fit into previously-made holes.
The metal structure of the system consists of vertical mullions, horizontal
beams, and brackets anchored to the wall of the building by appropriately
sized dowels. The coupling system between bracket and upright ensures
compliance with the designed geometric constraints while also allowing
for minor adjustments during installation.

L’aggancio è occulto sul retro della lastra mediante speciali inserti
di acciaio che si inseriscono in fori sottosquadro, precedentemente
realizzati meccanicamente. La struttura metallica del sistema è composta
da montanti verticali, correnti orizzontali e staffe, ancorate alla parete
portante dell’edificio mediante tasselli opportunamente dimensionati. Il
sistema di aggancio tra staffa e montante permette di rispettare i vincoli
geometrici progettati garantendo piccoli aggiustamenti in fase di posa.

CHEMICAL-MECHANICAL HOOKS
For slabs less than 9 mm thick, the attachment system is not only
mechanical but also chemical. Depending on the case, the bonding
can be continuous and applied to a backing layer or directly to the
metal profiles of the structure. The hybrid nature of the attachment thus
provides greater safety than single-attachment techniques.

A SCOMPARSA CHIMICO-MECCANICI
Per lastre di spessore inferiore a 9 mm, il sistema di aggancio non
sarà esclusivamente meccanico ma anche chimico. A seconda dei casi
l’incollaggio può essere continuo e applicato ad uno strato di supporto
oppure direttamente ai profili metallici della struttura. La natura ibrida
dell’aggancio garantisce così maggior sicurezza rispetto ad agganci con
tecnica di fissaggio singola.

HOOKS FOR SLABS WITH INCISIONS (KERF)
For 20-mm-thick slabs, the concealed attachment system consists of
clips inserted into an incision on the edge of the slabs, previously cut
into the thickness along the parallel horizontal sides with respect to
the orientation of the installation. The structure can be the same as the
systems with visible fasteners.

A SCOMPARSA PER LASTRE INTAGLIATE (KERF)
Per lastre di spessore 20 mm il sistema di aggancio occulto è costituito
da clips inserite in una incisione sulla costa delle lastre, preventivamente
incise nello spessore lungo i lati paralleli orizzontali rispetto
all’orientamento dell’installazione.
La struttura può essere la stessa dei sistemi con aggancio a vista.

Technological exterior cladding systems consisting of a series of layers anchored to the building walls by a metal structure. A layer of thermal and acoustic insulation is usually applied directly on the wall, and then porcelain tile cladding is added externally.
A hollow space is created between the two layers to ensure the breathability of the facade through continuous ventilation. - Sistemi tecnologici di rivestimento esterno costituiti da una serie di strati ancorati alle pareti dell’edificio mediante una struttura metallica.
A contatto con la parete in genere è applicato uno strato di isolante termico ed acustico e più esternamente il rivestimento in gres porcellanato. Tra i due strati si crea un’intercapedine vuota che garantisce traspirazione della facciata mediante ventilazione continua.
