In the production process of Artigiana, the

creation of each tile is followed individually

by our craftsmen. After having cut to size the

mixed base of raw materials and pressed it,

the raw buiscuit goes in the drying phase for

one week then it goes in a traditional muffle

furnace that slowly fires the for 18 hours at

1000°C.

Nel processo produttivo di Artigiana, la

creazione di ogni piastrella è seguita dai

nostri artigiani singolarmente. Dopo aver

tagliato i pani da impasto e averli pressati di

modo da avere il biscotto crudo, li lasciamo

essiccare per una settimana prima di metterli

all’interno del forno a muffola tradizionale,

che cuocerà lentamente i biscotti a 1000

gradi per 18 ore.
