Per assicurare una lunga durata e

un corretto funzionamento della tua

cappa, il primo passo è mantenere in

ottimo stato il sistema di filtraggio.

TU E LA CAPPA THE HOOD AND YOU

Le cappe filtranti prevedono due tipologie di

filtro:

il filtro grassi, che ripulisce l’aria dai grassi dispersi durante la

cottura, e il filtro odori. Entrambi vanno regolarmente puliti e

sostituiti per assicurare performance sempre alte.

• Il filtro grassi protegge la tua cappa trattenendo le

particelle di grasso. Il filtro grassi può essere in versione

alluminio o inox e richiede una pulizia periodica a mano con

detergente neutro o in lavastoviglie a basse temperature (*),

oppure in carta. In questo caso va sostituito ogni mese in

base all’utilizzo.

• Il filtro odori, a carboni attivi, installato sulle cappe filtranti,

cattura e trattiene le particelle odorose dell’aria. Ricorda di

sostituirlo ogni 3-4 mesi. I filtri odori long life hanno invece

una durata maggiore: sono infatti rigenerabili, possono

essere lavati e asciugati e sostituiti ogni due anni.

Bastano semplici e piccole accortezze per mantenere sana

ed efficiente la tua cappa nel tempo.

Filter hoods feature two types of filter:

the grease filter which removes the grease from the air

dispersed during cooking and the odour filter. Both must

be regularly cleaned and replaced to ensure the very best

performance.

• The grease filter protects your hood by trapping grease

particles. The grease filter can be made of aluminium or

stainless steel and requires periodic cleaning by hand

with a neutral detergent or in the dishwasher at a low

temperature (*), or alternatively in a paper version. In

this case, it must be replaced every month based on use.

• The odour filter with activated carbon, installed on

filter hoods, captures and traps odour particles in the air.

Remember to replace it every 3-4 months. Long-life odour

filters, on the other hand, last longer. They can, in fact, be

regenerated and washed, dried and replaced every two years.

A few simple, minor precautions are all it takes to keep your

hood hygienic and working efficient over time.
