Il sistema è composto

da staffe con sezione

ad “U”

fissate mediante

tasselli opportunatamente

dimensionati ed adattati al

tipo di supporto. Le staffe

vengono fissate, mediante

rivetti, a profili verticali con

sezione ad “Ω-omega” in punti

fissi e punti scorrevoli in base

al progetto esecutivo. Le

lastre di paramento in gres

porcellanato vengono fissate

tramite clip auto-posizionanti

in acciaio inox poste nello

spessore della lastra stessa

opportunamente lavorata

e alloggiate nella gola del

profilo del montante verticale

e separate da appositi

distanziatori che creano la

fuga tra una lastra e l’altra di

6 mm o 8 mm. Nelle gole dei

profili verticali viene alloggiata

anche la guarnizione in EPDM

che limita la vibrazione delle

lastre in gres porcellanato.

The system is composed of brackets

with a “U” shaped section, anchored using

plugs appropriately sized and adapted

for the type of support. Rivets are used

to anchor the brackets to vertical profiles

with an “Ω-omega” section, at

fixed and

sliding points depending on project

specifications. The porcelain stoneware

facing slabs are anchored using self-

positioning stainless steel clips inserted

into the thickness of the appropriately

engineered slab and housed in the groove

of the upright profile and separated

using dedicated spacers that create 6

mm - 8 mm joints between the slabs.

Also housed in the grooves of the upright

profiles is the EPDM gasket to limit

vibration of the porcelain stoneware

slabs.

The invisible system for large slabs with

open joints offers a blend of distinctive

features that work in synergy, skilfully

integrating a number of key elements.

Each module is fitted with Flexpin

mechanical anchoring devices, giving

the panel a combination of robustness

and precision, as well as enhancing

the design of the

finished slab. The

strap, positioned in the same way on

all the vertical profiles, plays a crucial

role in precisely and rapidly guiding the

finished slabs, ensuring the joints remain

aligned over time. The open joints are a

distinctive feature of the system, because

the horizontal crosspieces are used

to position the modules using hidden

fastening brackets, ensuring precise,

stable alignment. As well as giving the

right depth to the finished slab, the joints

of the modules blend smoothly, thanks to

the hidden anchoring devices, enhancing

the style potential of the whole system.
