1.4 INSTALLER WARNING
S
• In accordance with current legislation, the systems must be designed by qualifi ed professionals, within the
dimensional limits established by law.
• Installation and maintenance must be carried out in compliance with current regulations, according to the
manufacturer’s instructions and by authorized and professionally qualifi ed personnel, meaning those with
specifi c technical expertise in the systems sector, as required by law.
• During installation, all safety regulations relating to electrical and plumbing systems must be followed. It is
necessary to follow the safety regulations of the premises and provide appropriate protection systems on the
electrical power circuits.
• A circuit breaker of adequate size must be provided in order to protect the system from any overloads and
short circuits.
• At least one sectioning switch of adequate size must be provided that sections each individual phase and an
y
neutral wire. Or a removable and easily accessible power plug at the end of the installation
.
• The system must be securely connected to an adequate earth system as failure to do so could cause shock,
electrocution or malfunctions of the units.
• Install power cables of adequate section before using the system.
• Use only certifi ed power cables and communication cables.
• A power supply with a frequency and/or voltage different from that expected or with unstable values, o
r
incorrect wiring will cause malfunctions of the system or damage to the units.
• Connect the phase cable(s), any neutral cable and the earth cable to the unit power terminal block.
• Always make sure that the power supply is disconnected before carrying out any work on the electrica
l
connections and, in any case, always follow all the relevant safety procedures.
• Do not power the system until the installation is complete.
• If the power cable or communication cables are damaged, they must be replaced by qualifi ed personnel.
• Keep a distance or use appropriate insulation between the power and communication cables and the ga
