Cerdomus S.r.l. opera nell’ottica del risparmio e della riduzione dei
consumi energetici ottimizzando i processi produttivi e certificando
le proprie lavorazioni: un risparmio che si traduce in riduzione delle
emissioni gassose. Il processo produttivo, grazie ad investimenti in
innovazioni tecnologiche è finalizzato alla riduzione delle emissioni
inquinanti e al risparmio delle risorse. I prodotti Cerdomus S.r.l. vengono
realizzati riducendo al minimo le emissioni gassose, consumi idrici e
scarichi reflui, residui di produzione, consumi energetici e rumore sono
sottoposti a rigidi controlli di qualità secondo gli standard aziendali. Le
tecnologie consentono il risparmio e il riciclaggio delle materie prime
derivanti da fonti non rinnovabili.

I materiali di scarto della produzione vengono in parte immessi nel ciclo
produttivo, tutti gli scarti non ceramici sono gestiti in modo differenziato
e affidati ad aziende esterne specializzate. L’industria delle piastrelle è in
grado di riciclare la maggior parte dei rifiuti che produce. Gli stabilimenti
Cerdomus sono in grado di riutilizzare tutte le polveri e le piastrelle di
scarto, crude o cotte, le polveri delle emissioni gassose separate nei
depuratori; i rifiuti/residui derivanti dai processi di trattamento delle
acque. Con un conseguente risparmio di materie prime ed evitando gli
oneri per lo smaltimento.

REDUCTIONS ENERGY
Cerdomus S.r.l. focuses on saving and reducing energy consumption
by optimizing its production setup and certifying its manufacturing
processes: a saving which, in simple terms, means a decrease in gas
emissions into the atmosphere. Ongoing investments in technological
revamping of its manufacturing process aim to reduce polluting emissions
and generate a saving of resources. When Cerdomus S.r.l. processes
its products, it minimises gaseous emissions, water consumption and
wastewater discharge, and production waste, energy consumption
and noise levels are all subjected to the Group’s strictest quality control
standards. Cutting-edge technologies generate savings and recycling of
raw materials from renewable sources.

WASTE MANAGEMENT
Part of the waste generated during our production processes
is returned to the production cycle. All non-ceramic waste
is sorted before removal by specialist external firms. The tile
industry is now able to recycle most of the waste it produces.
The Cerdomus production plants are able to recycle all raw or fired
discarded tiles and dust, and dusts from gaseous emissions separated by
gas cleaning washers; the waste/residue generated by water purification
processes. This brings savings of raw materials and eliminates relative
waste disposal costs.

Produktionszyklus integriert. Sämtliche Nicht-Keramik-Ausschüsse

ed è il luogo in cui siamo cresciuti e in cui stiamo crescendo i nostri
figli: è qualcosa, quindi, che amiamo profondamente e che cerchiamo
di tutelare ogni giorno. In questi 50 anni, nuovi processi e innovazioni
tecnologiche hanno modificato il sistema produttivo della nostra
azienda, le relazioni lavorative sono mutate e con loro le aspettative delle
persone, l’attenzione all’ambiente da sensibilità individuale è diventato

For Cerdomus, ecological awareness is a matter of ethics, something
which guides our relationship not only with the environment but with
people. The place where Cerdomus S.r.l. has existed and operated for
the last 50 years is ours: our air, our earth, the place where we grew
up and where we’re bringing up our own children: it’s a place we love
profoundly, and because we love it we try to look after it every day. Over
the course of our 50 years of existence, new processes and technologies
have changed the way our company makes its products. Labour relations
