SPLIT PALLET ORDERS:

quantity below the pallet will be charged with a

additional 2,00€/sqm. Orders containing 120x120

120x270, 160x320 sizes either in 6 or 12 mm, as
well as all TH2.0 range, will be charged with an
additional 10%.
SMALL QUANTITY ORDERS:
Orders with a rateable value under 100€ will be
charged with a handling and packing fee equal to
30€.
CANCELLATION OF ALREAD

DISPATCHED ORDERS / RETURNS:
In case of cancellations (within a maximum of 3

days) of orders which have been already delivered
to our Maranello warehouse or in case of authorized
return (provided goods received by the customer are
returned in good condition), the factory will charg
e
an additional 15% of the order taxable amount, with
a minimal value of 50€, as a contribution for th
e
transport and take back expenses.

30 giorni) di ordini per materiale già consegnato al
nostro deposito di Maranello o di reso autorizzato
di materiale già ricevuto dal cliente (in buono stato)

trasporto e ripresa in carico.

reçu par le client (à condition qu’il soit en bon état), nous
debiterons au client un 15% de la valeur imposable. Dan

le cas où le 15% soit inférieur à 50€, nous débiterons
toutefois un forfait de 50€ à titre de participation aux frais
de transport et de reprise

BESTELLUNGEN:
Im Falle einer autorisierten Stornierung (innerhalb
von maximal 30 Tagen) von Bestellungen für bereits
an unser Lager in Maranello geliefertes Material
oder einer autorisierten Rückgabe von bereits vom
Kunden erhaltenem Material (in gutem Zustand)
werden 15% des steuerpflichtigen Wertes berechnet,
wobei der Mindestsatz von 50 € für Transport- und
Rücknahmekostenbeitrag beträgt.
