Please note that due to the flexibility of the 0,75 cm thickness wall tiles, these could present a slight curvature (within EU tolerance). This effect is then ammended by the application of the tile adhesive - due to the uniform tension

exerted. It is highly recommended to use l

eveling systems to ensure flatness of the pieces after installation.

Muy importante tener en cuenta que las piezas de espesor 0,75 cm, debido a su flexibilidad, pueden presentar en algún caso una ligera curvatura (siempre dentro de la normativa vigente) que tras su colocación se corrige por la

tensión uniforme del material de agarre. Se recomienda el uso de sistemas de nivelación en la colocación del material para garantizar la planeidad de las piezas.

PVD

Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)

Pvd is a field in the application of nanotechnology. The process consists of depositing layers of atoms, inside a vacuum chamber, to a solid surface. The layering is produced by the condensation of a vaporized metal (such as gold, titanium,

platinum etc.) over the selected surface.

Advantages: High resistance to abrasion and scratches; much higher than metals applied by firing.

As a general rule, any non-agressive, pH neutral product have to be used. Do not mix pieces from different lots.

Due to the special characteristics involved in the PVD production process of the Copper finished pieces, these may present tonality variations that will have to be considered part of the product.

El PVD es uno de los campos de aplicación de la nanotecnolog

ía. El proceso consiste en depositar capas de átomos, en una cámara de alto vacío, sobre una superficie sólida. El recubrimiento se produce por la condensación de un

metal vaporizado, oro, titanio, platino, ect. sobre el material a recubrir.

Ventajas: Mayor resistencia al rayado y a la abrasión que los metales aplicados por cocci

ón.

Para la limpieza de estos materiales deben utilizarse productos no agresivos con pH neutro. No mezclar piezas de diferentes lotes.

Dadas las características del proceso de recubrimiento en bronce de las piezas mediante el sistema de PVD, éstas pueden presentar variaciones de tono.
