OSKO VILLAGE

Il cottage si trova nel villaggio di Osko, nel distretto

di Vsevolozhsk a nord di San Pietroburgo, un contesto

ecologico notevole dove bacini idrici, boschi e assenza di

zone industriali lo rendono ideale per godersi l’aria pulita e

il silenzio della natura.

La villa, costruita in stile a graticcio con grandi finestre

panoramiche, si sviluppa su 3 piani di 140 mq ciascuno con

relative terrazze. Al piano terra trova collocazione la master

room con bagno privato e guardaroba; al piano primo si

trovano le aree comuni della cucina, sala da pranzo, zona

living e una camera degli ospiti; infine al secondo piano le

camere dedicate ai figli.

The cottage is located in the village of Osko, in the

Vsevolozhsk district north of St. Petersburg, a remarkable

ecological context where water basins, woods and the

absence of industrial areas make it ideal for enjoying the

clean air and silence of nature.

The villa, built in half-timbered style with large panoramic

windows, is spread over 3 floors of 140 m2 each with

relative terraces. On the ground floor, there is the master

room with private bathroom and wardrobe; on the first floor

there are the common areas of the kitchen, dining room,

living area and a guest bedroom; finally on the second floor

the rooms dedicated to the children.
