La nostra governance

è da sempre indirizzata a un inserimento virtuoso nella nostra

comunità locale, per contribuire alla sua crescita costante. Per questo promuoviamo

svariate azioni e progetti, in molteplici ambiti. Dall’asilo aziendale per i nostri dipen-

denti e altre famiglie, al finanziamento di borse di studio per la scuola, l’università e

la cultura, a donazioni a sostegno delle fasce più fragili. Sponsorizziamo inoltre societ

à

sportive, e abbiamo molto a cuore la promozione dell’arte e della cultura. Le soste-

niamo con progetti come l’iniziativa Material 4 Arts, per lo sviluppo di varie tipologie

di espressione creativa, tra cui il cinema, la fotografia, il design e le arti visive, e il

concorso internazionale Caesar Design Film Award, rivolto ai corti dedicati al design.

Our governance has always been aimed at virtuous inclusion in our local community, to

contribute to its continued growth. This is why we promote various actions and projects

in multiple areas. From corporate kindergarten for our employees' and other families'

children, to funding scholarships for school, university and culture, to donations to

support the most vulnerable population groups. We also sponsor sports clubs and we

are very keen on promoting art and culture. We support them with projects such as the

Material 4 Arts initiative, for the development of various types of creative expression,

including cinema, photography, design and visual arts, and the international Caesar

Design Film Award competition, for short films dedicated to design.
