La lungimiranza sta nell’andare oltre i canoni, sperimentando senza

né respiro alla ricerca e alla volontà di cambiamento.

Solo grazie a questa tenace dicotomia l’azienda

è riuscita dove altri

non sono mai arrivati: lastre da pavimento e rivestimento in grado di

raggiungere anche i 200 cm. di lunghezza, graf

fi e decorazioni realizzate

su misura da trame del tutto originali.

Solo se non si dimentica il passato, come quello che Cottovietri ha fatto

rinascere nel Duomo di Ravello, si pu

ò abbracciare il futuro e l’arte

contemporanea. E’ ancora in mostra, infatti, la sala del Museo d’Arte

Donna Regina di Napoli disegnata da Francesco Clemente e realizzata

con creatività tutta artigianale dai maestri ceramisti dell’azienda.

Progetti che si spingono fino oltre oceano, che perfezionano nuovi

metodi e ascoltano sempre nuovi stimoli, senza dimenticare mai tutta

la forza delle origini.

The far-sightedness of Cotto Vietri consists in testing without forgeting.

The Vietri ancient art of decoration, born in the midst of the Mediterranean

like the “riggiole” times and times paints, it doesn’t take away space or

breath in the face of research or changing whims.

Only thanks to this strong dichotomy that the

firm is able to arrive

where others never have: the floorboards and covers are available up

to 200 cm in length with abrasions and decorations custom made from

original drawings. It is by remembering the past that Cotto Vietri has

managed to revive Ravello’s Duomo, and still we can develop the future

and contemporary art.

In fact there is a room, created by Francesco Clemente and made by the

handmade creativity of the ceramic Cotto Vietri masters; a permanent

exhibition inside the Museum Donna Regina of Naples.

New methods are arrived at by projects that push themselves ever

further and beyond the ocean, and also by listening more and more to

stimulus, yet never forgetting the power of their origins.
