6.2 DIVERSITY

ZZEITRAUM currently employs 27 staff with a wide range of cultural back-

grounds, from different age groups, mostly from the surrounding region. The

cosmopolitan, diverse team paves the way for equality and promotes an

intercultural, stimulating exchange. True to the motto, "diversity is quality of

life". Equality is not just a word; it is lived here. Overall, more women than

men work in the staff — ZEITRAUM has been run by Birgit Gämmerler and

Peter Gaebelein for more than 30 years now.
