Neolith Group offers a 25-year warranty on its Neolith

slabs with a 12 and 20 mm thickness used to manufacture

countertops. Neolith Group also offers warranty on its

Neolith slabs with a 6 and 12 mm thickness used for the

backsplash.

For warranty registration, please use the link in the QR

code on this page. For registration you need to know the

barcode of your Neolith slab. Consult your installer or

kitchen shop if you do not know it.

In order for you to be provided with the services deriving

from the warranty, you must have registered the warranty

at the website warranty.neolith.com within a maximum

period of 60 calendar days from the date of purchase

indicated on your receipt.

You will need to complete all of the fields marked with

an asterisk (*) and submit a receipt of purchase or other

type of acceptable documental proof of purchase clearly

indicating the date of purchase.

Per poter fruire dei servizi derivanti dalla garanzia

bisognerà aver effettuato la registrazione della garanzia

alla pagina web warranty.neolith.com entro un termine

massimo di 60 giorni naturali a decorrere dalla data

d'acquisto indicata sulla fattura.

Sarà necessario compilare tutti i campi contrassegnati

con un asterisco (*) e presentare una ricevuta di acquisto,

o pezza giustificativa di altro tipo, su cui sia riportata

chiaramente la data di acquisto.
