Tailored Dreams
The ability of design to photograph and interpret the needs and
urgencies of the contemporary home comes from afar. The idea of
multifunctionality underlying this family of furniture originates
from Le Corbusier. Dominic is, in fact, a reference to Dom-Ino, the
house of the father of modern architecture inspired by the design
of mass-produced houses, where floors become slabs suspended
on pillars. Borrowed from a timeless, ingenious idea, the design
of these furnishings is intended to enhance practicality, which
here becomes hyper versatility. Perfect as a side table or bedside
table, in the version designed for the bedroom area Dominic is
also a practical chest of drawers that adds character to the room.
