Verifica tenute uscite acqua / Checking water outlet tightness

Utilizzando l’apposita chiave, svitare le 4 viti che fissano il tapp
o
di miscelazione e procedere con la sua estrazione
.
All’interno della scatola, dietro il tappo di miscelazione s
i
trovano altri 2 tappi di protezione. Rimuovere questi tappi pe
r
consentire il passaggio dell’acqua.
Una volta estratti i tappi di protezione, rimontare il tappo di miscelazione
.
Aprire l’acqua e mettere in pressione l’impianto idraulico
,
spurgare le tubazioni e verificare eventuali perdite. Testare co
n
l’acqua ad una pressione massima di 16 bar per un periodo
non superiore a 3 ore. Questo test è fondamentale per garantire
l’integrità dell’impianto e prevenire eventuali perdite.
Infine, applicare la protezione dotata dell’apposita etichetta per
evitare che durante le operazioni di rifinitura residui estranei
possano entrare all’interno della scatola, compromettendo l’installazione.

Using the provided spanner, unscrew the 4 screws that secur

the valve cap and remove it
.
Inside the box, behind the valve cap there are 2 more protective
caps. Remove these caps to allow water to pass through.
Once the protective caps have been removed, refit the valve plug.
Turn on water, flush the pipes and check for tightness. Test wit
h
water at maximum pressure of 16 bar for 3 hours. This test i
s
essential to ensure the tightness of the system and prevent any leaks
.
Finally, apply the cover with the appropriate label to prevent
foreign residues from entering the box during finishing
operations, thus compromising the installation.
