ANNULLAMENTO ORDIN
I
GIÀ SPEDITI / RESO:
In caso di annullamento autorizzato (entro
m a x 3 0 g i o rn i) d i o rd i n i p e r m ate ri a l e g i à
consegnato al nostro deposito di Maranello
o di reso autorizzato di materiale già ricevuto
dal cliente (in buono stato), verrà addebitato il
15% del valore imponibile con importo minimo
di 50€ per contributo spese di trasporto
e
ripresa in carico.
CONTREMARQUE
:
Pour les commandes inférieures à une palette
complète, un supplément de 2,00 €/m2 sera
appliqué sur les prix nets « palettes et plus »
pour tous les formats d’épaisseur 9 mm jusqu’au
60x120 inclus. Pour les formats 120x120 9mm,
120x280 6mm, 160x320 6mm/12mm et pour l
a
gamme TH2.0 la majoration est de 10%.

POLITIQUE D‘ANNULATION DE
COMMANDES DÉJÀ EXPODIÉES/
POLITIQUE DE RETOUR:
Toute annulations ou retours doivent être
autorisés par l’enterprise. Le client a 30 jours à
disposition pour soumettre la demande. En cas
d’annulation autorisée d’une commandes de
matériel déjà livré à notre entrepôt de Maranello
ou d’un retour autorisé de matériel déjà reçu par
le client (à condition qu’il soit en bon état), nous
debiterons au client un 15% de la valeur imposable.
Dans le cas où le 15% soit inférieur à 50€, nous
débiterons toutefois un forfait de 50€ à titre de
participation aux frais de transport et de reprise.

BESTELLUNGEN:
Im Falle einer autorisierten Stornierung (innerhal
