T.FIX system

I rivestimenti esterni degli edifici

possono essere realizzati anche

mediante l’incollaggio dei rivestimenti

direttamente sull’intonaco esterno

ma, al fine di rendere sicura questa

tipologia di posa qualora i formati

superino i 30 cm di lato, si rende

necessaria l’adozione di fissaggi

di tipo meccanico. Il sistema T.Fix

garantisce l’aderenza alla parete

attraverso un gancio meccanico a

scomparsa, che, prima della posa,

viene inserito nelle lastre in gres

porcellanato. Una volta installata la

lastra, dopo averla ricoperta di colla,

il gancio viene assicurato alla parete

sottostante per mezzo di tasselli. Il

sistema T.Fix by Mirage è in grado di

garantire una resistenza allo strappo

superiore ai 250 kg, massimizzando

quindi la sicurezza nel caso di

distacco del collante tra la parete e

le lastre in ceramica, unitamente ad

una facilità e velocità di posa uniche.

Il gancio in acciaio inox, di spessore

0,5 mm, viene fornito separatamente

e da assemblare nel retro della lastra,

pronto per procedere all’incollaggio

della piastrella sulla parete con il

conseguente fissaggio attraverso

tassello della placca metallica.

The external cladding of buildings can also be made

by gluing the covering materials directly to the

plaster on the exterior. However, to make this type

of installation safe for slabs with sides exceeding

30 cm, mechanical anchoring devices must be

used. The T.Fix system guarantees adherence to

the wall with a concealed mechanical hook, which,

prior to installation, is inserted into the porcelain

stoneware slabs. Once the slab has been installed,

after being covered with glue, plugs are used to

secure the hook to the wall underneath. The Mirage

T.Fix system is able to guarantee a tear resistance

superior to 250 kg, thus maximising safety in the

event of detachment of the adhesive between

the wall and the ceramic slabs, and making the

installation process uniquely quick and easy. The

stainless steel hook, with a thickness of 0.5 mm, is

supplied separately, and must be assembled on the

back of the slab, ready for the tile to be glued to the

wall and the metal plate anchored to the wall with

the plug.
