è fortemente interessata alle tematiche

ambientali e sociali del territorio che la ospita e oggi più che mai,

nella conduzione di politiche rivolte alla sostenibilità economica,

sociale e ambientale dell’impresa.

È infatti opinione pienamente condivisa che, nel futuro, solo

le imprese che impareranno a operare in maniera sostenibile

potranno avere successo nel lungo periodo. Per questo motivo

Marvon, così come l’intero gruppo di cui è parte, stanno

promuovendo il sempre più ampio diffondersi tra i propri

collaboratori di una cultura attenta alle tematiche della CSR

(Corporate Social Responsability).

Si tratta, quindi, di un impegno profondo, tangibile e rendicontato

tramite i “Bilanci di Sostenibilità” redatti a cadenza biennale ove

sono riportati e proposti con orgoglio i traguardi raggiunti e

al tempo stesso gli obiettivi che Marvon vuole raggiungere nel

futuro.

Qualità: il nostro modo di fare

Per ciascuno di noi la parola qualità può assumere diversi

significati, per alcuni è un punto di arrivo, per altri è una specifica

tecnica da rispettare, per Marvon è un modo di essere, di fare

impresa e di intendere il proprio ruolo sul mercato.

Per questo motivo, la ricerca della qualità, all’interno dei propri

processi, ha assunto per Marvon una rilevanza di primo piano,

inducendola a investire con crescenti slancio e convinzione

nella formazione dei propri collaboratori e in macchinari che

rispondano sempre pi

ù a quei dettami di efficacia ed efficienza

che consentano, quindi, all’impresa di essere competitiva e

all’avanguardia ma al tempo stesso attenta alle immissioni

nell’ambiente naturale.

Anche in questo caso, gli sforzi di Marvon sono tangibili e

rendicontati, per questo motivo l’azienda può vantare con

orgoglio tre certificazioni che attestano in maniera chiara quale

sia l’impegno che l’azienda tutta, a partire dalla dirigenza sino

alle maestranze, stia profondendo lungo la via del fare impresa

di qualità. In particolare, Marvon ha conseguito, al termine di

rigorose analisi eseguite da prestigiosi enti certificatori, la ISO

9001 per la qualità nei processi, la ISO 14001 per l’abbattimento

del proprio impatto sull’ambiente, la ISO 50001 che attesta

l’attenzione di Marvon nell’utilizzo di fonti energetiche rinnovabili.

Tuttavia, come già accennato questi non sono per noi traguardi,

ma stimoli che ci inorgogliscono, in quanto dimostrazione del

buon lavoro svolto in questi anni, e spronano a continuare lungo

questa via anche nel futuro.

Marvon has always been strongly interested in social and

environmental themes regarding the territory that houses its activity,

and today more than ever Marvon, Silmar Group and its property are

all together resolutely involved in the realization of politics oriented to

the achievement of economic, social and environmental sustainability.

It is indeed a common and largely shared opinion, that only the

firms which will learn to work in a sustainable way will be able to

achieve great success in the future. For this reason Marvon, as well

as the entire Silmar group, is working to spread a higher sensibility

to the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) themes among their

collaborators.

So it is a deep, tangible and accounted commitment reported in the

Quality, one word different meanings, so the crucial question is: what

is quality? For someone it is a point of arrival, for others only technical

specification, for Marvon it is a way of being, a way of doing business

and to interpret its role on the market.

For this reason researching quality has become for Marvon an

objective of primary importance; a purpose followed with high

investments of resources which are realized with great passion and

conviction. Investments made in particular for the training of all the

collaborators and the improvement of all machineries, in order to

satisfy all those precepts of effectiveness and efficiency which may

permit Marvon to be at the same time competitive, up to date on

the market and careful to respect natural environment, trying to

reduce as much as possible its impact on the ecosystem.

Even in this case, all the efforts of Marvon are tangible and reported,

for this reason the firm is today proud to show three certifications

attesting in a very clear way the commitment that the entire

organization, from the top management to the youngest worker

of Marvon, is generously giving. Hence, after a sequence of deep

and strict analyses, conducted from prestigious certification bodies,

Marvon has achieved the

ISO 9001 for quality inside of its processes, the ISO 14001 for the

low impact on the environment, the ISO 50001 for the attention

of Marvon in using renewable energy sources. However, all these

elements are not the finish line for Marvon, but rather represent an

honour for the firm, the confirmation of the good work done during

these years and a great motivation to keep on going this way for the

future.
