EXTERIOR CLADDING

As a rule there is no reason not to

use Bianco Carrara for exterior

cladding, however in cold climates

we recommend that smaller tiles are

used as larger tiles can sometimes

curve slightly as a result of

prolonged exposure to extreme cold.

utilizzato anche per rivestimenti

esterni. Raccomandiamo

comunque di scegliere marmette di

formati ridotti poiché in condizioni

climatiche di freddo eccessivo

all’aumentare della dimensione la

pietra col tempo potrebbe subire

leggeri incurvamenti.

Bianco Carrara is beautiful as

a countertop, but it absolutely

must be treated with a water-oil

repelling treatment. There is no

treatment on the market which

unequivocally seals natural stone,

so it is important to wipe up spills

before they have time to penetrate

the stone.

Bianco Carrara has a

relatively low level of

porosity, however, like

most natural stones, it will

absorb acids over time

so we recommend that a

cutting board is used in the

kitchen, rather than cutting

food directly on the marble.

It must be well sealed and

any spills wiped up quickly.
