Drinking water hygiene

The majority of today's drinking water installations are microbiologically compromised. Microbiologically compromised means that the entire drinking

water installation has been contaminated by germs. This refers especially to legionella, pseudomonas and E. coli bacteria, with sometimes life threatening

consequences for the public. If we consider hygiene in a wider context, a key role is also played by room hygiene, involving the "destruction of viruses,

spores and bacteria; odour elimination and dust removal", as well as surface hygiene, involving the "sanitisation of work surfaces, transport surfaces and
