THE STRONGFIX SYSTEM
IS ICC-ES CERTIFICATED
Neolith has received confirmation from ICC Evaluation
Service, LLC (ICC-ES), that its Strongfix system complies
with the provisions of the codes: 2018, 2015, 2012 and 2009
International Building Code (IBC); and 2018, 2015, 2012 and
2009 International Residential Code (IRC).
This confirmation, proven by an ICC-ES evaluation report
ESR-3659, provides guidance to code officials faced with
approving the use of Strongfix system under these codes.
The evaluation report is available online at www.icc-es.org.
INSTALLATION
Facade staking: the arrangement of the aluminum vertical
profiles, which can be installed indepently from the vertical
joints.
Vertical profile installation: the vertical structure is anchored
to the wall using retention and support brackets and
anchors.
Horizontal profile installation: the horizontal profile position
must be determinedaccording to the installation plan of the
facade. This structure is anchored to the vertical structure by
5.5 x 19 mm self-drilling screws.
Neolith cladding installation: must start at the bottom of the
facade. It is a very fast facade system to install and the tiles
may be replaced when required.

Neolith ha ricevuto la conferma dell’ICC Evaluation Service, LLC
(ICC-ES), che il suo sistema Strongfix adempie alle disposizioni dei
codici: 2018, 2015, 2012 e 2009 International Building Code (IBC); y
2018, 2015, 2012 e 2009 International Residential Code (IRC).
Questa conferma, è riportata nel rapporto di valutazione
ICC-ES ESR-3659, conferisce orientamento ai progettisti che
sottopongono l'approvazione dell'uso del sistema Strongfix sotto
questi codici. Il rapporto di valutazione è disponibile online su
www.icc-es.org.
POSA
Reimpostazione della facciata: disposizione dei profili verticali
di alluminio, che possono essere installati indipendentemente
dalle giunture verticali.
Installazione dei profili verticali: la struttura verticale viene
ancorata al muro utilizzando squadre di blocco e sostegno più
ancoraggi.
Installazione dei profili orizzontali: è necessaria per determinare
la posizione dei profili orizzontali, seguendo il piano di
montaggio della facciata. Questa struttura si fissa alla struttura
verticale con viti auto-perforanti da 5,5 x 19 mm.
Posa delle lastre Neolith: per la posa del rivestimento Neolith è
necessario iniziare dall'estremità inferiore della facciata. Questo
sistema di facciata è molto veloce da installare e permette di
sostituire le piastrelle, qualora necessario.
