SPLIT PALLET ORDERS:
Orders related to 9 mm thickness goods with
quantity below the pallet will be charged with
an additional 2,00€/sqm. Orders containing
120x120, 120x280, 160x320 sizes either in 6
or 12 mm, as well as all TH2.0 range, will be
charged with an additional 10%.
SMALL QUANTITY ORDERS:
Orders with a rateable value under 100€ will
be charged with a handling and packing fee
equal to 30€.
CANCELLATION OF ALREADY
DISPATCHED ORDERS / RETURNS:
In case of cancellations (within a maximum of
30 days) of orders which have been already
delivered to our Maranello warehouse or in
case of authorized return (provided goods
received by the customer are returned in good
condition), the factory will charge an additional
1 5% of th e o rd e r ta xa b l e a m o u nt , w ith
a
minimal value of 50€, as a contribution for the
transport and take back expenses.

ANNULLAMENTO ORDIN
I
GIÀ SPEDITI / RESO:
In caso di annullamento autorizzato (entro
ma x 30 giorni) di ordini per materiale già
consegnato al nostro deposito di Maranell
o
o di reso autorizzato di materiale già ricevut

dal cliente (in buono stato), verrà addebitato il
15% del valore imponibile con importo minim

di 50€ per contributo spese di trasporto e
ripresa in carico

:

POLITIQUE DE RETOUR:
Toute annulations ou retours doivent être
autorisés par l’enterprise. Le client a 30 jours
à
disposition pour soumettre la demande. En cas
d’annulation autorisée d’une commandes de
matériel déjà livré à notre entrepôt de Maranello
ou d’un retour autorisé de matériel déjà reçu pa
r
le client (à condition qu’il soit en bon état), nous
debiterons au client un 15% de la valeur imposable.
Dans le cas où le 15% soit inférieur à 50€, nous
débiterons toutefois un forfait de 50€ à titre de
participation aux frais de transport et de
reprise.
KOMMISSIONIERUNG:
Bei Bestellungen unter einer vollen Palette
wird ein Zuschlag von € 2,00/m2 auf alle
9 mm starken Formate bis einschließlich
60x120 erhoben. Für die Formate 120x120,

KLEINE MENGENBESTELLUNGEN:
